This program is guided by a Personal Trainer who will demonstrate proper techniques and allow you to become familiar with and engage in a variety of strength training methods. Through this program you will gain strength and confidence.
Be sure to join with:

  • Hand weights or household objects to lift
  • Resistance bands
  • Kettlebells
  • Yoga or gym mat

This is a paid class and all participants were required to pre-register through their YMCA online account. If you did not pre-register through your YMCA online account for this class you will not be permitted to enter. Make sure to check out our other live classes on the schedule and be on the lookout for additional virtual small group training classes in the future!
