You’ll build and sculpt defined, lean and strong muscles. This class focuses on all the major muscle groups in the lower body and core. You’ll improve your posture and develop strength to aid in all aspects of physical well-being and overall health.

Be sure to join with:

  • Yoga or gym mat
  • Resistance bands
  • Small weights or household objects to lift
