This program is guided by a Personal Trainer who will demonstrate proper techniques and allow you to become familiar with and engage in a variety of strength training methods. Through this program you will gain strength and confidence. Participants must be registered to participate in this class.

- Hand weights or household objects to lift
- Resistance bands
- Kettlebells
- Yoga or gym mat
